We would also have care conference calls and the staff was constantly telling us stuff that wasn’t true. I would never recommend this place for anyone to put there loved one’s in. I always see someone out there smoking when I come into the facility, and a lot of times they are still there when I am on my way out. I do believe their reaction time to a patients call light could be quicker. Overall though, I have been satisfied with this facility.

She lost about 40 lbs in about 4 weeks, they weren’t hydrating her so needless to say she ended up in the emergency room and was severely malnourished . She has dementia, so doesn’t really know what’s going on most of the time. The staff stopped giving her blood pressure and heart medicine because my mom said she didn’t want to take them.

It’s degrading to know there are people like this is the medical field. Not following basic protocols, for discard of trash, bedside commode is not being emptied, not even close to being sanitary. Nothing, is better then Eurine and eggs for breakfast..

My friend complains of the food but it smells wonderful-her diet doesn’t allow certain things so that’s for the best. The building is bright and I have found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. I know this is a hard time for these guys and gals to be working in this industry.

I remember we took someone we were visiting in a wheelchair down to the dining room and they were very kind, nice, and attentive. No family can come in because of Covid 19 . Is not a Aid supposed to shave resident which is a female ?
